Generally, high schools administrators are part and parcel of the successes of many students because they are there when students needed them and their schools. Also, without these people, who commit themselves to educate the people and not only to do business, we could not see private and public high schools in the communities. The school administrators in private or public high schools set the rules and regulations of the schools so that there is no chaos. Although both students and teachers are having their own opinions in certain subject matters, the respect is always there. Students and teachers know their limitations. They know that if they exceed they are violating the school's rules and regulations and they can be subjected to punishment by the school administrators. This alone displays that school administrators in public and private high schools also play their own rules and students and teachers must abide.
High schools administrators and personnel in-charge have also been taught in many seminars how to manage an institution because they are also governed by the rules of both the local and national government. This means all these people know their important part before they decide to become administrators. When there are problems in school they should always communicate with the parents of the students as well as the parents and teachers organizations to discuss matters pertaining to their students. There may be challenges ahead because it's not easy to manage a school if you belong to this group of school administrators. They should also be knowledgeable enough to market the high schools so they can also pay their teachers especially if they belong to private schools.
